Well Service Packing (WSP) Products

(All WSP products come in complete sets and replacement sets.)

General Service 449 — a versatile product manufactured with NBR on polyester/cotton fabric for outstanding performance in fracturing and cementing applications

High-Pressure WSP01 — a high-performance modified PTFE for reliability and durability in high pressures, chemical fracs and CO2 applications

Extreme Service WSP3 — an NBR on a proprietary aramid fabric for extreme service performance in high pressures and where abrasive proppants are used

Header Ring Material Description

886 Lubricated HNBR — extended-life elastomer with internal lubrication

CHR Composite HNBR — designed for durability in CO2 applications

909LF Low Friction FKM Material – engineered for use harsh chemical fracs

Wiper Ring Material Description

886 Lubricated HNBR — extended-life elastomer with internal lubrication

888 Proprietary HNBR — when harsher conditions are present

Polyurethane — for added abrasion resistance
